i teach students from basics....and lead them to the syllabus....but when they are not able to recollect what they have studied .....or not able to apply them....i never shout at them....nor make them feel ashamed. i am like a gardener .....want them to bloom.....my duty is to take care of their thinking pattern..... succeeded in the past.....all the students are now better placed ....and are still in contact......thank god.

results are amazing........they had a u turn .....surprised everybody......yes the degree of improvement varied....obedient students being more successful than others.

i keep my students engaged through out the session......very interactive......in their own way....with their things of interest......i give some thought or question to start with ......and then step by step i glide them to a point .......there the student gives his conclusion ......a fact or a theorm....a statement or the answer to the question set........the concept being totally clear.....the student feels satisfied and goes on to follow me.......in the whole process..... i want them to speak more....that way i could track their mind.... this makes the student confident.

in all this....the parents co-operated....i cant help the anxious parents.......i feel....students can only answer if they know.....and also .......construction is slow and destruction is fast.
