Passion for learning is vital in developing any skill.

Developing the minds of others is the pathway to creating great minds.

Focusing of how students learn, their response has helped in determining the various level of understanding existing withing students. This giving me a new ability to find special ways for each students to gain the needed knowledge required to gain a particular skill-set.

Taking practical classes as a priority has also opened my mind to the possibility of recognizing the speed of each students to apply what they learn, making it possible to encourage a push to grow their skill. Focus on ways they can apply such skills, and help build their skill based on their individual passion.

All students are focused specially due to each students various minds and passion

Years of teaching has also shown me the difference learning ability between older and younger students, thus helping me create a mental teaching pattern that simplifies learning to older ones who naturally have a lot on their minds, helping them remember principles of what they learn instead of words, tools and patterns

Also for younger ones, I take advantage of their sharp mind to create varieties of scenario based on their open-book mind able to grasp techniques
