Always i will teach Clear explanation with relevant real time examples and pictorial presentations... I worked as an assistant professor in various colleges past 4 years... In many semesters secured 100% university results in language papers for that got appreciation from the colleges... student centric coaching and flexibility in time....online classes also going to be an effective session .. from my side i will give 100% effort towards coaching...better be an effective coach always...Model ideal behaviour: Clearly explain proper behaviour, and then follow it yourself. Encourage initiative: Allow students to actively participate in the learning process.Avoid collective punishment: While it can be difficult, make a point of calling out disruptive behaviours on an individual, not collective, basis
