Additionally, I have earned a badge for being in the 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟱% 𝗼𝗳 𝟵𝟴𝟯𝗞 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 who took an assessment test on LinkedIn. Teaching is my passion and I get immense joy when my students understand complex concepts. My teaching style is practical and I often use the Richard Feynman 4-step learning mechanism and the Headfirst Series approach. Also, I read extensively on the Neuroscience of Learning and incorporate all my knowledge in teaching.

I can teach Meditation and Yoga. I attend 10-Days-Vipassana, every year, at SN Goenka centres and read books on the science behind Meditation.

After understanding a concept, I find that working on basic problems based on the concept helps me to master it. I use this same approach when teaching.
