I believe that in the process called teaching a teacher is also a student as he gets to learn a lot from student and every student is unique. The amount of learning for both(The teacher & the student) depends on the strength of their relationship, the more trust & ease of communication you create the better it is. Both should not be judgemental & take process oriented goals as result oriented goals can lead to increase in anxiety for both of them. Student should aim for achieving excellence in the subject not only targets or high scoring results whereas teacher should aim for arousing students curiosity & interest in the subject so that student can unfold his potential.
