Teaching is something that I seriously consider as a noble job. There may be many teachers or trainers who evaluate students on the basis of assessment. I do not fall into that category. I believe every individual can have limitations. This is why they ask for help. It is the responsibility of the teacher to assess the student without alleviating the confidence level by just taking exams. There is a mode of transparent communication better the teacher and the student which completes the circle. It may be one of the reasons for which through communication, I was able to solve many of my students shortcomings.
