I believe in sharing knowledge to the students only by harding the things dose not mean that the student is able to write the examination, the complete knowledge of chapter is needed so my teaching is simple but quite innovative so that the students will able to understand each and every concept in very detailed manner. Many of the students are like average or on an average but that's not the problem if a teacher is good or she / he explain the things very nicely every student will understand the concept.
Learning doesn't means that only one way communication happens students also equally gets participated into the any of the activities so that they are able to grow.
