I believe in collective growth and have a keen interest in teaching as this not only help me to grow but also help my fellow students to grow. I believe in perfection and do my best to make my students perfect in every subject which i am teaching them. Other than that at times i am a bit strict regarding assignments and homework but most of the time i think it's better to be involved with the class to reduce the student teacher gap, but i always maintains the thin line between the students and the teacher. Above all I believe it's very important for a student to remain motivated through out his/her student life and a teacher plays very crucial role in that and keeping that in mind, i being a teacher takes the complete responsibility of keeping my students motivated and on track under my supervision.
