Hi my name is Pauline Lewin, out of a need where primary students were transitioning to secondary level institutions without being able to master numeracy and literacy skills; I decided to get training in psychology and education where I can assist any type of learners who need one on one assistance to master any subject areas.
I am trained in psychology and education at the bachelor level from MBI college in May Pen and the master level at UWI Mona.
I am more than certain I can help you master any areas of your education from non-mastery to mastery. I am also trained in researching skills UWI to ensure I can assist you with SBA and college research papers. My style of teaching is one where the student is fully in charge of his/her learning. The approach which I take is allowing the student to immerse self in reading and mathematics as well as all other areas of study.
Repetition is crucial with consistency, encouragements and praise.

I believe in you that you can learn and master any area of subject with my teaching approach.

    As an Administrative Assistant I have accomplished several different
    accounting tasks daily such as recording of sales, monthly payroll for staff,
    monthly filing of statutory tax returns, monthly income and expenditure Statement to school board, and continual editing and preparation of plans and policies for the institution to meet Early Childhood Commission requirements.

    I have helped children to achieve developmentally appropriate milestones by maintaining a supportive and learning-focused classroom environment.
    I have also encouraged children to learn through play and exploration.
    I have also successfully improved children's self-esteem and social skills by modeling positive behaviors.
