Hi I'm Shaneeka Williams and I've done teaching/ Tutoring in my community and Family for 3+ years with children small as 3 and older as 11, I sometimes help older children as I'm attending PreUniversity and do some courses as others. I'm fun, god-fairing, child-loving, talkative, love to help, and very confident. I have e way of letting the children express how they process all the workload and their way of learning then I go from there. Not all children think and learn the same and that's fine because not everyone is the same. I like to thoroughly explain and give examples then let them attempt simple questions/ problems and let them get the hang of it because learning isn't as easy as everyone makes it out to be. I have only had to tutor some subjects but I taught mostly Mathematics and English Language. I've also taught older people in their 20s and 30s English as well and it was a wonderful experience. What makes me a great teacher/Tutor is that I listen to the students and where they're currently at with the learning and go at their pace because rushing them will get you nowhere. Always make sure that the student is ok mentally and Physically with the workload and don't pressure them so much. Thank you and have a great day.
