I Kadedra Johnson strongly believes with patience and methodologies specifically tailored towards the student’s learning style a student is capable of learning all Mathematical concepts at their particular level. I posses the patience necessary to unearth the students’ greatest potential. Learning should be fun and in a relaxed environment. It is important for a rapport to be established with the student and for me to assist with building their confidence in Mathematics. It is key for me to assure the student that I am fully confident in their ability to understand the concept being taught and I will go the extra mile to ensure the student understands the concept.
