Every student have his/her own unique struggle and a teacher should have patience to manage the student. As a teacher I adjust my teaching methods according to needs and expectations of my students. I always evaluate myself to know what is working for them, and adjust where needed. I prefer teaching rather than instructing. Instead of uttering the concept I make sure that they understand it and make it interesting with practical examples. The main focus remains on paper passing techniques. Therefore, the students feels relaxed and communicate their concerns comfortably. It make them able to perform their best and to achieve the goals.
