Student_Teacher relationship are an important aspect of students success.Our promise to parents as the person in charge of their child for much of the day.It is important to come to an agreement about what parents should expect fromour self.A good teacher can clear all problems of her students.Encouraging the students for achieving their goals.And also reads the mind of students and we can take step to help stressed children.Teaching is a high stressed job.And every one else teachers have out side commitments and familial expectations that add to the pressure.some times despite trying, It'hard to get the balance right.I don't believe anyone goes in to work each day.Iam going to do my best today.Teachers have to own their mistakes,ofcourse&Apologize and earn from them.But it helps when parents show a little understanding if teacher make a misstep. As a teacher working with parents is a two _ way street.
