I specialize in environmental data science with10 years’ experience of working with and coding in R programming language.
My interest is in using data as a tool to answer research questions and test hypotheses. I graduated from Tehran University of Medical Sciences with a Ph.D. in Environmental Health Engineering in 2016.
I am an avid R enthusiast and an active member of Stackoverflow.
Moreover I have around four years of experience in development of web-based tools using Shiny package in R. By now I have developed following Shiny apps:
• A shiny app for visualizing and modeling CODID-19 data.
• A Shiny app for collection of social mixing data using standard diary forms for analyzing population contacts in different age categories and places.
• One app for estimation of excess mortality for COVID-19 and other environmental or natural crisis.
• A web-based tool for making and taking MCQs exams. It is very simple and flexible app that teachers can use to set a schedule for MCQs exam. Each exam will be marked automatically and the final marks for all students will be send to the teacher’s phone number by SMS.
• A web-based application for visualizing the basic information of groundwater resources (Wells) of Iran.
• A web-based application for monitoring the progress of faculty of health student dissertations.
