I am a great teacher because I care about my students and their education. I set high expectations for all my students and don’t give up on them. I make plans with the students and discuss what goals we need to achieve so that it gives students a clear idea of what they will be learning and what we need to do in order to excel. I ask questions frequently to make sure students are following along and try to keep students motivated with varied, lively approaches. I listen actively, carefully, empathetically listen to what learners have to say to ensure that they understand there work.
