'Patience is a virtue’,Students should feel comfortable talking to their teacher openly and honestly, especially if they are struggling with school work. I am patient enough to listen and understand what the student is going through, as often is the case that a specific tactic is required for each issue. I am enthusiastic. Recognize individual differences. Encourage creativity and facilitator style. Love, respect, kindness and care are key features of my teaching. I am a motivator so encourage students to learn in a peaceful and professional environment. Assess them by giving little tasks.
