Being an Engineer and having given multiple competitive exams I firmly believe in the power of practical learning over mere theoretical understanding for students. While we will certainly begin each session by grasping the fundamental concepts, I will ensure that practice becomes an integral part of our learning journey. To accomplish this, I plan to include a practice test at the end of almost every session.
Creating a friendly and cooperative atmosphere is vital to me. Students should feel comfortable and encouraged to ask questions freely, as their curiosity and active participation are crucial to their learning experience. I want to foster an environment where no question is too small or too silly.
"I scored 7.5 bands in IELTS"
Additionally, I will provide regular homework assignments to reinforce what we cover in class. However, I understand that students may already have a significant workload from their school or college. In such cases, I will be mindful and avoid overwhelming them with additional assignments. Nonetheless, I firmly believe that practice is the key to improvement, and I will consistently emphasize its importance during our sessions.
By implementing these strategies, we can create an engaging and understandable learning environment that encourages active participation, and practice, and ultimately helps students thrive.
