My teaching style is usually learner-centered where I involve the learner in the learning process. This method of teaching keeps the learner involved in the learning process. As a teacher I'm able to identify the learner's weaknesses and try to work them out to ensure the learner has gained something at the end of each lesson. This is usually driven by objectives which I draw before the lesson starts. At the end of the lesson I give out assignment to evaluate the learner's progress. I believe any learner given opportunity and conducive environment to learn can do so therefore this makes me a great teacher.
