I have a nature of allowing students to express themselves, telling me their opinions on different concepts.In brief,I highly support interactions for this I believe give individuals the opportunity to think for themselves and not be spoon-fed.After all we all learn from each other.

With my current role as an tertiary assistant,I see that the foundation and discipline of many students stem from their upbringing and monitorization.A child needs maximum support and guidance to make that as an chievement in life.Give it to the child or end up being blameful
