A smart teacher and mentor can help students achieve their goals easily. In my teaching career I have been really successful in educating and guiding my mentees to get best out of them. I teach online and in classrooms. My methodology is simple. I make students owner of their learning and by getting independence in their work they become more involved and confident. Engaging students in meaningful activities, making them think and explore profoundly, respecting their ideas and allowing them to disclose their real learning without any judgement are my core strengths and I believe that students are far more comfortable with me during their learning process. I taught thousands of young people and I know how to deal with different kinds of intelligence and plan strategies according to their needs. To me, understanding emotions is really important and a teacher should be the one who can evaluate his student's emotional conditions. Sympathy can play a vital role in this regard.
