As a professor, first analyses the student capability and make him to feel more relax and co- operative and then will start to give coaching/training to get succeeded but the methodology differs from student to student based on his capability.
I was working as a professor in Bilalia Arabic college and made the students to get succeeded and gave a overall result of 90% in public exams and got appreciation from that college for making good results.
Since now I am working in different firm, the students who has studied to me before 6 years are in contact and respect me in a greatful way which makes me to feel more satisfied as a professor.
While I'm working as a professor, I have also teached moral science so that their character was also good.
They got too attached with me by the way I teached for them.
