Firstly my teaching is driven by passion. Instead of being in a clinical setup, I choose being in a classroom with students. My tutoring at the University of Zimbabwe has taught me to work with students from different backgrounds with different needs.
When starting my class, I read what the syllabus requires to the student. Then we tackle each requirement. After that I give a worksheet to the student so as to recall what we have learnt and to reinforce the information. When the student is done we go through the worksheet together where the student will be telling me what the question is asking not the answers wrote.
I believe every student has the ability to produce the results they want as long as they are correctly taught and drilled.
Exam coaching I make use of booklets which I have prepared containing past exam papers.
