I would describe my teaching style as coaching in general. Instead of just offering answers to students, I try to ask the right questions, and with the help of demonstration and the activity method. I encourage students to ask questions, to think creatively, and to find the answers.
In my opinion, it is much more effective than to simply give them the answers. Because once they learn in this way, they tend to remember the lesson better, and it also helps them to develop a questioning mind, and a curiosity about the world around us. Of course, it isn’t always possible to apply my favorite teaching style, and I am definitely ready to adapt it to the conditions of the class content, as well as to the subject we cover . In my opinion, I try to help the young generation to develop critical thinking and creativity skills, and that’s exactly why I prefer coaching and doing activities to lecturing.
I just try to prepare my students better for the challenges they will face in the upcoming grades and employment market.
