I believe everyone has different IQ. During the first-time meeting between tutor and student, I will observe the capability and behaviour of student in order to detect which methodology/style is suitable for the student. My teaching style in general is for the first part of lesson session, I explain the topic of the day, and then I evaluate whether the student understands the topic or not by giving him assessment, quiz, etc. I prefer to have two-ways of conversation while I am teaching; student is welcomed to ask or interrupt during the learning.
