My aim is to utilise my knowledge of advanced teaching methods such as team learning and e-learning. To develop and promote creativity and high-order thinking skills that increase the performance of the students. To provide a suitable environment to my students, where they can learn and enjoy the learning process. I prefered Socrates style of teaching, where we promote learning by interaction and discussion. It will nurture critical thinking and better understanading. Along with this, I promote learning by assigning tasks as well.My major skills are better communication, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and patience. My effective teaching include an engaging classroom presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices and a lifelong love of learning.
