As an early childhood educator I always observe children such as their behavior, strengths and weaknesses. Also, I keep records of each and every child and student assessment. I believe that is the best way to give individual attention and improve their cognitive and behavioral development. Im very patient and approachable. Im very well organized and punctual. And as a ESL teacher I always do my best to improve the language skills, grammar, spellings, vocabulary usage, pronunciation, syntax. I always use different teaching aids to make the lesson much more interesting and to kids to understand the lessons easily.
