I’ve over year experience of online teaching which can differentiate me from other teachers, I’m currently teaching online in an online school. I think the only important characteristic a teacher should have is patience. That’s how a student can learn something in a calm and friendly environment. Being expert in the subject we’re teaching cannot be ignored and it’s important in teaching system so student can be confident of her/his teacher which can directly impact student’s learning process. Being honest about what a teacher is doing is also important. Teacher should be honest, In case he/she cannot manage the subject he/she has intended to teach then he/she shall quit as soon as possible.
