My name is Antonella, I'm Italian and I've been teaching English since I got my degree. I have a really varied experience in my job: I have taught to adults in the firms, factories and offices of my city as they needed it for their job. I have also taught to Middle school students( that is to say, 11 to 13 year olds) and now I'm currently teaching to Secondary School students ( 14 to 18 year olds). I think my ability to adapt to my pupils's needs is my strength: I work according to their level and pace and sometimes I have to face their fears and insecurities. In Italy the first thing I have to fight is the students' faer of making mistakes in English language and in a lot of cases this is what prevents them from having great results.
