I encourage student participation in lessons and in other school related activities, making the atmosphere for learning conducive for them. I ensure I give the students a standard and quality education through my teaching method, teaching student base on National curriculum guidelines of the subject.
I plan, prepare and deliver lessons appropriately and ensuring an interactive class to carry the students along in order to aid understanding.
Accesment of students behavior and correcting them if it calls for.
Attending and taking part in the staff meetings to support the leadership team to achieve the school plans and goals.
