Teaching methodology is a dynamic skill, as all rules cannot be applied on every students. teaching methodology differ from student to student.
i preferably use interactive method along with the conservative teaching style
i belive in regular evaluation and reward methodology
being strict dosent ensure good grades
i prefer to work on the weakest part of a student However i also highlight the good and strong points in a student inorder to them more confident, knowledgeable and more professionaly groomed.
First i evaluate the student, try to understand their level of intelligence, prefrance of teaching methodolgy, attention span and information pikingup power and then i teach them accordingly and reevaluate
