Abou Ummama ( RA) narrates that two people a scholar and a pious were mentioned before the Holy Prophet PBUH. The Holy Prophet PBUH said : “ A scholar is as superior to a pious person as I am superior to a common man.” Then the Holy Prophet PBUH said: “ Indeed ! Allah’s angels, creation in both earth and skies even an ant in its hole and a fish pray for the wellbeing of one who gives education of goodness and betterment of the people.”

It was narrated from Hazrat Uqbah bin Amirah that the Messenger of Allah came while we were sitting in the Safa (a platform where some of the Companions used to acquire knowledge)....
