My name is shinede am short and soft spoken i learn that people act based on their moods and as a person who deals with people i should always be calm and patient with them i love kids and i had come across a lot of children and they grown to love me because of how i treat them. My teaching style is learning a childs weakness as well as what there good in and help them to improve in the weak areas a great teacher is one who always ask questions to keep a childs mind going and the answers allow me to know what there thinking and how focus they are
