I am currently working as a transformation manager at Allcargo Logistics. Reason behind me applying here is not for money but for the sere interest in teaching and mentoring young minds who with right guidance and discipline can achieve amazing results.

My teaching style is three folds. First is making sure we cover everything your school/institute teaches you, which will cover the academic results and basic learning.
Second, we develop recurring habit of solving problems both academic and habitual to develop our cognitive skills. And thirdly, we read and learn about real life scenarios and how to use knowledge and turn it into wisdom. My experience in Kota IIT style learning, participation in many projects and real life management work will certainly be helpful in your holistic overall growth.

To be a good fit for me, as a student, you should be open to focus when we interact, ask more and more questions and be ready to amaze yourself with your own results.
