My teaching style is inclusive in that l allow maximum student participation and my role is to guide the learn into understanding. I use all materials required to ensure that the learning process is smooth and also gives the learner an opportunity to contribute eg when making charts or during a practical. I taught the leading school in KCPE 2021 English and l saw those learners move from lack of confidence to learners who are btave because they are equipped with knowledge. I consider myself a great teacher because l have been trained efficiently and effectively for high school learners and having my own toddlers has enabled me to teach small kids as well. This has greatly diversified my teaching styles and methods owing to the fact that l have trained in both national and international curricula. I believe no man should be left behind and l inculcate patience and understanding with all my learners because each is different in their own manner when it comes to speed of mastery of content. Discipline is not negotiable in class as it lays the foundation of serious work and wards off distraction.
