I strongly believe, and highly value of course, the fact that every student has a latent potentiality in them. They just need a strong boost of morale and inspiration from the teacher who, eventually, tries to make them realise that they are capable of doing anything if they are shown how to do it. All I try to do is to make my students feel confident about themselves and have faith in their own capabilities. The rest is just a natural process of smooth cognitive triumph. As a teacher my job, in my opinion, is not to teach them what to learn, rather my best functionality as an instructor is to teach them how to learn.

As for me, I'm one of the writers of a national textbook in Bangladesh (NCTB "English For Today" textbook for Class 8, Four lessons on the life and legacy of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman).
