My teaching style is learner centred. I give students an opportunity to express their ideas,raise questions and I help them tackle the questions well to their satisfaction. I normally give few cats to ensure learners are up to date with the topics we're discussing or the content employed. Learner evaluation enables me to understand content mastery and how good learners can retain the content being administered to them. This makes learning more enjoyable. Learner Evaluation also helps me to understand the parts I may need to focus on based on the scores attained in the tests. This gives learners a good opportunity to understand the content even more.
