I an teaching history for the last 13 years and have a good experience of online teaching using advance and interactive educational application/software. I am more interested in making history an engaging and lively. I strongly believe in experiential learning. I was conferred State Award 2022 in the category of Teaching and Academics by Honerable Lieutenant Governor Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh India. Moreover i was nominated for national award three times by the state.I used Toy based pedagogy, Source based, Role Play, Field visit Discussion and Project based pedagogy as a teaching tool. Moreover, my approach of teaching focuses on the cognitive development of the students, make them realise every time about the reasong of studying history.
