I am qualified to instruct students at various educational levels in physics and chemistry. I currently manage Zuluba Consultancy, an educational YouTube channel. I employ a variety of teaching pedagogies, including modeling, problem-solving, addressing errors, cooperative learning, experiential learning, inquiry-guided instruction, lesson objective transparency, and student-centeredness in every lesson. I am familiar with the fundamental ideas or threshold concepts of physics and chemistry, which is essential to my ability to teach effectively. I am able to employ cutting-edge teaching strategies like the flipped classroom.
I taught Chemistry, Physics, and Integrated Science (a combination of fundamental Biology, Physics, and Chemistry) for seven years in my previous teaching post. I have also tutored A-level Chemistry at the university for more than 4 years.
I am a results-driven educator with a minimum pass rate aim of 75%. I have been instructing chemistry both in-person and online for more than 8 years. Work-focused, adept at managing time and capable of providing feedback less than 48 hours following the class.
