Hi, my name is Hazy.

I have been working in the HR and Recruitment field since 2017 with vast experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across all different levels (fresh graduates up to C-Suite level).

I've done recruiting and interacting with remote hiring managers based in my employer's global offices such as but not limited to the Philippines, India, Kenya, Mexico, and California, which means I have experience interviewing and screening resumes of foreign applicants.

On a part-time basis, Am also working as a freelance international career coach with QS International where I coach Southeast Asian candidates who aspire to get into their dream graduate schools by reviewing their resumes and advising them on how to revamp their CVs.

Last year, I also had a short stint working as a practicum career coach cum mock interviewer for graduating college students who are about to apply for their internships and trained them on how to correctly write a resume and answer interview questions.

I am an energetic person and I love interacting with people coming from different nationalities. This is where I realized that coaching or teaching is something that I must do on a regular basis.

And recently, I feel like spending my free time more productively that’s why I am now in the process of taking up some online English grammar classes and ESL teaching certifications in Coursera. You can say I am also getting my feet wet on teaching English as a foreign language.

    • Was the first and only recruiter, working as a one-man recruitment team for the PH office from 2018 to 2022, and hired almost 95% of the office population.

Fee details

    ₱400–1,000/hour (US$7.02–17.56/hour)
