Being a young adult I am very much aware of the problems and learning issues which students face. Often, it becomes difficult for us to understand concepts and theories and hence, we resort to cramming stuff. However, this isn't a one time problem, we need to develop an understanding of several concepts through one's course of study which are often interlinked. As a result resorting to cramming even once forces us to follow the same route throughout the syllabus. My main motive as a teacher is to be a facilitator and guide for students and move beyond the conventional ways of teaching to ensure that the students not only enjoy what they are currently reading but rather develop an interest in reading and writing generally. Once, a general interest is formulated in learning it becomes very easy for us to understand where our passion lies, thereby, helping us to make correct career choices.
