I am an instructor-led and online training instructional designer with experience developing and delivering data-centric interactive and learner-based training. I am a technically astute and aesthetically talented trainer looking to channel my analytical strengths into challenging knowledge impartation, project management, and curriculum mapping after having developed the architecture and content and spearheaded training for over 15 data courses.     • Spearheaded the development of a data-driven dynamic choke flow optimization model to reduce shutdowns due to choke failure, driving the company’s 1st product with 5 initial target customers.
    • Served as a course architecture developer and course instructor on Advanced Applications of Microsoft Excel in Petroleum Engineering for 19 Postgraduate students in the Institute of Petroleum Studies.
    • Reduced downtime to <3 hours from a high of 48 hours by developing an employee credential tracking and monitoring dashboard to monitor the validity of credentials for staff providing external services.
  • Data Analyst (May, 2020–Jun, 2021) at Trainiton Analytics, Port Harcourt
    • Launched a customer acquisition model alongside a customer analysis dashboard to improve decision-making on customer focus during course marketing, increasing course engagement by 15% and revenue by 20%.
