It is, in my opinion, very adjustable. I don't really have a favourite teaching approach or technique of relating to kids in a classroom setting. Because each class and each lesson, in my opinion, are unique, a competent teacher should always adapt their instruction to the audience, the degree of order in the class, the level of difficulty of the lesson, and other factors. I merely like a one-on-one approach to instruction, switching back and forth between the roles of delegator, facilitator, and authority. I don't have any reason to question the success of my teaching approach because so far it has been working fantastically.
