As is clear from my resume, I specialize in Radiation and Health Physics. During my PhD, I had the opportunity to teach masters level students, where I discovered that most students do not grasp the concepts they are taught inside the classroom. I, therefore, quickly shifted my attention to outdoor teaching and flip classroom methodology.
Nevertheless, After I submitted my thesis, I joined a Cambridge recognized school as a Physics teacher where I was promoted as Deputy-Head within a period of about 6 months of joining.
As a teacher, I always encouraged my students and other teachers to adapt an experiential form of learning. This greatly improved the overall understanding of the students which also reflected in their end-of-semester exams. This, Activity Based Learning (ABL), I believe is the best form of teaching and is most productive at whatever stage of teaching you are at.
