Being an IT Trainer, and Mentor, helped me in developing soft skills, interact with clients, and students and become strong in Teaching, mentoring, guiding, and motivating, which used to be my favorite hobby, loved to teach, people who were interested to learn and explore new things. Through many Professionals, students of all grades earned great appreciation from many clients, students and parents, staff, and team leads. Having hands-on experience with real-time projects and assignments made me more confident in my technical skills, which helped me gain much knowledge in the software industry. My communication skills were effective, attractive to the clients, and used to fulfill their needs in their work requirements. My passion and interest in tutoring and patiently guiding the students, explaining as many times as the student requirement and their understanding makes me a great teacher, instructor, mentor, and trainer. My methodology of teaching will be planned as per the student syllabus, time phrase, understanding, grasping, and response. I often check the student about their ability to do the work and plan the homework accordingly. I use shortcuts and simple, easy tricks to memorize and make life easy.
