Hey! I'm Jasmine currently a student for Land Economy at the University of Cambridge.

I studied at ACS(I) — one of the best IB World Schools — and scored a 44/45 for my IBDP. I specialise in tutoring IB economics and TOK.

I took HL Economics, Chemistry, Math AA with SL Geography, English Lang & Lit, and French ab initio. I also took an economics extended essay. I scored a 7 for all my subjects. I had a great experience learning in the IB and I want to help you make the most of it as well!

In our tutoring sessions, I'll share with you the methodologies and tips I used to score a 7 for all my subjects. Most of all, I'll focus on helping you understand the concepts you are struggling with, one by one we'll work through your problem areas to build your confidence in the subject! My teaching philosophy is simple: I don't focus on route learning, applying formulas, or memorisation, rather I focus on helping my students truly understand the material, so that they can make their own connections and come to their own conclusions (this is particularly important for economics essays!) I'm also keen to provide help with your IA, I know how important a component of the IBDP it is.
