I wish to engage my learners with a conversational learning environment, that is, asking their views or allowing them to express their views in the subject matter. I also bring across funny concept for few moments during the teaching in order to release tension of learners especially in tough topics. Handwriting, spellings and way of presentation of work is a priority that I make sure my learners excel especially the presentation of mathematics solutions and answers. Finally, I evaluate my learners by throwing random questions to them on previous topics tasks. Assignments and class tests are also conducted to find out the understanding of my learners on topics treated. I give learners rewards for putting out excellent performance for my tests. My rewards are normally in the form of a some special drink or sum of money
