I believe teacher should be good in communication skills, listening and collaboration with students, so i always tried to follow this whenever i am teaching.Calmness, empathy and patience is very important for teaching specifically for medical subjects. I teach with examples and assessment is essential for good learning. i always tries my best to become a mentor and facilitator for my students.
