- I am patient with learners, taking them from the basics to the required exam standards.
- I do my work diligently and with passion, identifying where the learner has difficulties.
- the emphasis is on the learner doing the required exercises. After giving the relevant examples, I ask the learner to try similar questions.
- I give my learners plenty of exercises, including questions from past exam papers, and marking them and giving feedback pointing out any errors and ways to improve.
- I use past exam papers and examination reports to guide my learners on what is expected of them.
- most of my learners have passed their exams with only a few failing with D symbols.
- above all I motivate and encourage my learners and make them believe that with consistent practice in the subject a pass is guaranteed.
