Yoga as a way of life is a primary principle in my teaching and practice. My offering is varied in its roots- Yoga, Somatics, Embodiment, Physical Therapy inspired- this has given me the ability to create sessions that are well-rounded in their approach. As a professional in this field of Yoga, Movement and Breathing, I have studied multiple forms of therapies that add to my knowledge about anatomy and physiology.
In a general class setting, I like to have a monthly progress discussion that is a shared space to communicate the intricacies of the practice, what works and what doesn't.This allows me insights into the way that my teaching can improve.

Clients who have worked with me have had a reduction in their pain symptoms, a better understanding of their anatomy, a consistent practice that improves their daily mobility and quality of life, incredible transformations in their ability to feel into their bodies and more.

In my spare time you will find me deep in the study of anatomy, or text that gives me the ability to teach through varied lenses.

I hope to continue to explore diverse populations to work with in the future.

    This is a comprehensive course that:
    1. Teaches you about the structures of the lower back
    2. How to self assess your posture using tools you can find at home
    3. Access 6- 30 minute routines that address the different structures and how to strengthen and release them through movement, and
    4. Access 2 bonus videos on myofascial release for the lower back.
    Community is important when dealing with chronic lower back pain, they not only uplift you when you're feeling down but also makes you realize that you're not alone in this journey. Therefore, this subscription includes 2 live classes a month for a group practice which will end with a small discussion and q&a session.
