I try to adjust my teaching strategies to fit both the students and the material, because i understand that different students learn in different ways.By knowing content, understanding the complexity of subject matter knowledge, and using multiple representations and explanations of concept.
I also set clear and fair expectations, and challenge our students according to their topics.
I try to create a climate of trust, and encourage student questions and engage them in the learning process.
I am also dedicated to the academic development of students as well as their participation in extracurricular activity.
